- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing either via email at info@njvma.org or faxed to (908) 450-1286. Cancellations received by Friday, April 26, 2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after Friday, April 26, 2024 will not be eligible for refunds, however you may send someone in your place by contacting the NJVMA headquarters at (908) 281-0918 in advance of the meeting. Please note that if you cancel your conference registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation – that is your responsibility.
- Proceedings Information:
The Conference proceedings notes will be available to attendees on the NJVMA website. Instructions to access the proceedings notes will be provided via email to conference attendees prior to the conference. You may pre-purchase the Printed Proceedings Book which will then be provided to you onsite.
